My go to morning Bircher Muesli

This is my everyday breakfast, almost no matter where I am I try and make the same. I love it as much, maybe even more than the first day.

Ingredients
Step 1
1/2 cup Oats
Handful or two of raisins
1 tsp Ground Flaxseed
1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
Little pinch of sea salt
1/4 of a grated apple
Step 2
3/4 cup plant milk or regular milk
1 or 2 tbsp plant yogurt or greek yoghurt
Extra milk for loosening
Toppings
Seasonal fruit
Crushed nuts
Mixed seeds
Desiccated coconut
Honey
Peanut Butter (A MUST!)
Method
Ideally this should be prepared the night before.
Combined all of the step 1 ingredients in a bowl - this should be the bowl you intend to eat from.
Pour the milk over the oat mixture, dollop on the yoghurt and then give it a good mix until it is completely combined.
Place the bowl in the fridge overnight.
In the morning when you are ready to eat, add a splash of milk to loosen the oats up to your preference.
Add your toppings of preference (and a compulsory dollop of peanut butter).
